∎ BSc/ MSc in Industrial Production Engineer (IPE) from any well reputed university is preferable.

∎ Basic understanding of supply chain, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
∎ Familiarity with applying principles, techniques, procedures and equipment to the design and production of various goods and services.
∎ Working knowledge of IE tools and statistics and their applications.
∎ Must have good presence and show potential for leadership.
∎ Must be smart, dynamic, innovative, strategic thinker and capable to work under pressure.
∎ Good Communication skills in both English and Bengali.
∎ Basic understanding of supply chain, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Support in monitoring the layout of equipment, materials, and workspace to achieve maximum efficiency, using drafting tools and computer.
∎ Assist in reviewing production schedules, engineering specifications, orders, estimate production cost and related information to obtain knowledge of manufacturing methods, procedures, and activities.
∎ Assist in implementing lean manufacturing process.
∎ Monitor operations sequence, material flow, functional statements, organization charts, and project information to provide expert inputs while determining worker functions and responsibilities.
∎ Participate in evaluating precision and accuracy of production and testing equipment and engineering drawings to formulate corrective action plan.
∎ Analyze statistical data and product specifications to determine standards and establish quality and reliability objectives of finished product.
∎ Recommend methods for improving the optimization of personnel, material, and utilities.
∎ Follow safety, quality and compliance activities in workplace. Ensure and maintain a clean and tidy site.
∎ Promote floor discipline, identify training needs and manage their career development.
∎ Assist in cost reduction by reducing all kind of wastages.
∎ Control, execute and ensure the projected budget of the department as per the company plan.
∎ Carry out any other jobs as assigned from time to time.
