• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering

• At least 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry)

• Good knowledge of Mechanical Parts/ Machineries.

• Analytical skills.

• Report writing and Presentation skills.

• Written and oral communication skills in English & Bangla.

• Practical experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point & Email correspondence

• Check & Verify bills for mechanical and electro-mechanical work while monitoring vessel movement, position, and fuel consumption to ensure transaction transparency.

• Conduct detailed investigations into mechanical activities, accidents and claims involving company vessels, and prepare comprehensive audit reports with observations and recommendations.        

• Perform Routine audits at factory units, depots, shipbuilding and dry-dock related works and other business locations.       

• Check & Verify all mechanical items purchase prices, including local and foreign supplies for vessels, to control cost overruns.

• Perform sourcing of the right vendors for transparent procurement of Mechanical equipment.         

• Maintain integrity and confidentiality in investigations to ensure fairness and transparency.        

• Assess the effective use of company resources and identify sources of inefficiency or waste.       

• Perform Identify faults in mechanical work to ensure accuracy and compliance with established standards.

• Review and assess structural drawing and design to enhance business process.        

• Check & verify the quality of mechanical work to enhance operational efficiency.
