Experience:
Preference will be given to candidates holding certification in Supply Chain Management.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (forecasting, capacity analysis, Pivot Tables, data modeling, etc.)
• Skilled in PowerPoint for professional report preparation.
• Familiar with ERP systems and capable of maintaining merchandising data efficiently.
• Analytical and detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and multitasking skills.
• Capable of managing multiple orders and meeting strict deadlines.
Manage end-to-end order processing – from order confirmation to shipment closing.
Conduct regular production follow-ups to ensure on-time execution as per the order plan.
Maintain and monitor inventory levels to ensure accurate stock management and zero stock remaining after shipment closing.
Collect discontinued design inventories from all departments and prepare a consolidated inventory report.
Share discontinued inventory reports with customers and follow up for necessary adjustments by receiving orders.
Perform forecast analysis to project material requirements, production timelines, and order flow.
Conduct capacity analysis to align production capabilities with delivery schedules.
Prepare and analyze data using Microsoft Excel for order tracking, performance trends, and order vs forecast reporting.
Create and present professional PowerPoint presentations for management and customer updates.
Operate and update information in ERP systems for order, material, and production tracking.
Coordinate with suppliers, production, and logistics teams to ensure on-time order execution.
Offer inspection to the customer and ensure inspection readiness as per buyer requirements.
Maintain accurate documentation for materials, production progress, and shipment schedules.
