Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
∎ Perform preventive maintenance and hardware upgrades.
∎ Maintain an inventory of IT assets.
∎ Monitor and ensure stable internet connectivity.
∎ Troubleshoot network issues related to LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, and switches.
∎ Coordinate with internet service providers (ISPs) for service-related issues.
∎ Manage and maintain Tally software, ensuring smooth operation.
∎ Handle remote server configurations, backups, and data security.
∎ Troubleshoot server-related issues and ensure uptime.
∎ Assess hardware requirements and prepare purchase requisitions.
∎ Compare vendor quotations and recommend cost-effective solutions.
∎ Ensure quality standards and warranty coverage for purchased items.
