Responsibilities & Context:
  • Maintain and update comprehensive employee records, including personnel files, attendance, and leave management through HRIS, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.

  • Process monthly payroll by validating attendance, leave, arrears, allowances, and authorised deductions; ensure timely submission and reporting to the HR Manager.

  • Execute end-to-end recruitment and selection processes for junior to mid-level positions, including manpower requisition, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

  • Ensure timely updating and compliance of statutory and regulatory documents with relevant authorities (e.g., NBR, Department of Environment, Fire Service, and other regulatory bodies).

  • Coordinate and monitor the renewal of all mandatory licences, registrations, and compliance certificates within stipulated timelines.

  • Develop and maintain effective liaison with local government offices, regulatory authorities, and law enforcement agencies to ensure smooth administrative operations.

  • Oversee day-to-day HR and administrative functions, including attendance monitoring, leave administration, workplace safety, and basic legal and corporate compliance matters.

  • Manage routine administrative operations, ensuring office efficiency and adherence to organisational standards.

  • Supervise office operations to maintain a clean, organised, and productive work environment.

  • Monitor and manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring timely procurement and cost control.

  • Coordinate meetings, events, and internal arrangements, ensuring proper logistics and documentation.

  • Manage incoming and outgoing communications (emails, phone calls, official correspondence) with professionalism and proper record-keeping.

  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and official documents for management review.

  • Perform any additional responsibilities assigned by management in line with business requirements.
