Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and packaging materials in alignment with the sales forecast.
Raise Material Requisitions (MR) to the procurement team based on current inventory status.
Ensure adherence to minimum and maximum stock levels to avoid both overstocking and stock-outs.
Coordinate with the SCD team to ensure timely availability of materials, regularly update the BOM and consumption data, and monitor usage variances for both cost and quantity accuracy.
Ensure proper product identification and quantity accuracy during material picking and transfers.
Follow FIFO (First-In, First-Out) principles during loading to maintain product freshness.
Coordinate with store personnel to verify that the correct items and quantities are loaded.
