• Experience in relevant role & industry (Frozen foods and Ice-Cream) will get preference

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Must be highly motivated to work in the plant

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

• Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and packaging materials in alignment with the sales forecast.

• Raise Material Requisitions (MR) to the procurement team based on current inventory status.

• Ensure adherence to minimum and maximum stock levels to avoid both overstocking and stock-outs.

• Coordinate with the SCD team to ensure timely availability of materials, regularly update the BOM and consumption data, and monitor usage variances for both cost and quantity accuracy.

• Ensure proper product identification and quantity accuracy during material picking and transfers.

• Follow FIFO (First-In, First-Out) principles during loading to maintain product freshness.

• Coordinate with store personnel to verify that the correct items and quantities are loaded.
