∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Yarn Procurement
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support Team leader in all procurement matters.
∎ Follow up the total chain works from order placing to shipment and in-house of the factory.
∎ Regular work with store department and report on safety stock.
∎ Strong communication with the suppliers in home and abroad.
∎ Must be updated about the current price of yarn in national and international market for an authenticated costing.
∎ Closely work with the suppliers and others so that yarn must in house on schedule time.
∎ On time activities must be done such as order placing, PI collection, LC opening, Shipment etc.
∎ Daily report on the status /position/location of the total running/current orders.
∎ Adopt and implement the procurement policies to cope with national and international market.
∎ Define and manage key supplier relationships to deliver breakthrough performance in cost, service and quality including technical support.
∎ Establish, manage and improve warehousing and logistics processes and procedures.
