Responsibilities & Context:
  • Counsel the workers on Company rules, regulations, policies, procedures and discipline.

  • Address related issues of Production and Productivity Issues, Worker Efficiency and Quality Inspection Accuracy.

  • Conduct awareness program of Leave, Absenteeism, Migration And Wages, Allowances-benefits, Health & Hygiene and Safety & Security Issues.

  • Educate the workers about employment rules, terms & conditions, reports & privilege, productivity consciousness and use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

  • Prepare monthly training schedule, ensure participants, confirm trainers and conduct training, orientation, induction and awareness program as per business requirements.

  • Maintain childcare room, medical facilities, canteen, house-keeping, and legal assistance.

  • Maintain communication with the medical officers and the authority of the factory/institute to provide better treatment facilities to the workers.

  • Ensure child care facility & caring of pregnant workers in maternal period,

  • Ensure employee participation in games & sports, social & cultural events.

  • Provide guidance to the employees about due leave, incentives and any other legal benefits as applicable by law.

  • Maintain different types of registers such as New worker awareness, Environment health & safety committee, Worker participation committee, Accident register, Chemical use awareness, Grievance/ Complain box, Training register or any other as per management decision.
