∎ Masters degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Social Compliance

Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Arrange counseling program regarding health & safety issues.
∎ 2. Conduct worker's awareness training & meeting.
∎ 3. Conduct worker's participation meeting (WPC).
∎ 4. To look after worker's welfare.
∎ 5. Collect grievance of workers & consult with management to resolve worker's problem, complaints or grievances.
∎ 5. To make cordial & personal relation with workers.
∎ 6. Maintain all records as required.
∎ 7. Educate the workers about the rules & regulations, compliance issues, health & safety and first aid etc.
∎ 8. Carry out employee motivation and morale-building activities.
∎ 9. Able to handle factory general worker.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 28 years

∎ Hard working.
∎ Having Patience.
∎ Basic computer skill (Microsoft Office).
∎ Good communication skills in English & Bengali.
