Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Serve as a liaison between workers and management to ensure a harmonious relationship.
∎ Provide counseling to workers and implement best practices on the production floor.
∎ Manage and document compliance issues, and review complaints and suggestions from boxes.
∎ Maintain records for maternity leave, grievance handling, orientation, and other welfare activities.
∎ Organize training and awareness programs to prevent unlawful activities.
∎ Address abuse cases involving female workers and take immediate action.
∎ Monitor and address health and safety issues among workers promptly.
∎ Handle and resolve grievances at their initial stage.
∎ Oversee workplace facilities, including toilets, drinking water, dining areas and medical centers.
∎ Document and arrange meetings for the Participation, Grievance, and Canteen Committees.
∎ Coordinate medical center activities and ensure regulatory compliance.
