Responsibilities & Context:
Oversee daily warehouse operations, including goods receiving, put - away, storage, order picking, dispatch and delivery.
Conduct inventory checks, cycle counts and monthly stocktaking to ensure 100% accurate inventory records.
Implement a dual supervision & cross - checking system (similar to VAT control logic) between two on - site warehouse personnel to ensure data accuracy and mutual oversight.
Operate WMS (Warehouse Management System) proficiently for inbound, put - away, transfer, outbound and inventory update transactions.
Maintain proper inventory documentation, filing and record - keeping.
Coordinate with procurement, production and sales teams to ensure smooth material flow.
Ensure compliance with health, safety and security regulations; maintain proper labeling, handling and storage to avoid damage or loss.
Complete other warehouse - related tasks assigned by supervisors.
