∎ Should have knowledge about real-time reporting
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ TDS/VDS A- challan preparation and deposit to the National Exchequer (Online/OTC)
∎ Monthly VAT returns (Mushuk-9.1)preparation maintain all the submission related documents
∎ Monitor and maintain Mushuk-6.3 challan and others VAT related books through factory
∎ Issuing VDS/TDS certificate to the suppliers and giving customer/ supplier's feedback related to TAX and VAT deduction issue and confirm the Tax & VAT rate in the purchase order.
∎ Filing the various file to the Tax Authority - Withholding Tax Returns, Salary information and Employees tax returns information. Prepared and update VAT/ Tax related data in M.S Excel
∎ Taking part preparing the financial audited accounts and keep TDS & VDS A- Challan record all the documents.
∎ Preparing Hearing documents or any other documents required by Tax Authority
∎ Ensure proper documentation and maintain necessary records regarding income tax, audited accounts and VAT-related documentation.
