∎ Minimum Bachelor’s (B.Sc.) degree with a concentration in CSE, CIS, SE or any relevant discipline from a reputed University.

∎ 2 to 5 year(s)

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Software Company, IT Enabled Service, Consulting Firms, Computer Hardware/Network Companies
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Familiarizing yourself with all products and services offered by our company.
∎ Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department.
∎ Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.
∎ Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
∎ Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients.
∎ Participate in Tendering (OTM, EOI, REOI, RFQ, etc.) process and proposal submission activities. Serve as a technical writer on proposals, contributing both technical and non-technical content and integrating inputs from staff and partners into a responsive, coherent proposal with a compelling vision and clear ideas.
∎ Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing solutions.
∎ Performing requirements analysis.
∎ Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
∎ Modeling business processes and identifying opportunities for process improvements.
∎ Identifying issues, risks, and benefits of existing and proposed solutions and outlining business impacts.
∎ Explore different solutions, their risks, benefits, and impacts.
∎ Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
∎ Keep up-to-date with market trends and competitor activities also he/she should be able to work independently and as part of a team
∎ Work with appropriate staff to maintain data on past performance and corporate capacity, in order to provide timely information for any proposal submissions.
∎ Should have good command in both English & Bangla (Reading, Writing & Speaking).

∎ Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
