The applicants should have 5 to 7 years’ experience in the following area(s): Commercial and merchandising.

Export/Import through L/C  Candidate must have well communication skill with Different Government organization for different permission and license·        

Must be computer literate.

A renowned export based Knit Composite Garments is looking for potential candidate for the position of executive (Commercial) to execute all activities of Commercial department successfully in a coordinated manner. 

• The candidate should be capable to work for yarn OCS & RCS TC and Final TC in an efficient way.

• Candidate should be communication with local and foreign supplier for yarn TC.  

• Candidate should be able to work in an efficient way to calculate the final TC garment accessories cost and loss %.

• should be experienced in software work of audit firm for Fabric TC and Final TC.

• The candidate should be Knowledge for Production and merchandising and the candidate should be Knowledge for Fabric.

• The candidate should be Knowledge for Invoice, Packing List, Transport documents and LC.

•  The candidate should be capable to work independently in an efficient way.

• Candidate should be able to work with respective China fabric suppliers and buyers in an efficient manner.

• Transportation etc. related Jobs are properly executed.

• Ensure proper & timely LC opening as per the set policy of the company.

• Responsible for all Customs clearance of imported materials operation with LC process.

• Regularly monitoring & tracking various stages of Export as well as payment follow-up.

• Manage Trade Finance related jobs in an efficient manner.

• Maintain effective Liaison with Banks, Shipping Line, Forwarding Agents, BKMEA and other organizations in relation to export and import documentation.

• Follow up and maintain commercial reports related to Import and Export activities and submit those to management as per requirement.

• Import & Export, Opening of L/C, Liaison with Foreign Supplier/ Buyer, Local Indenter, Group of Companies work order etc.

• Import and Export processing through Bank, EPB, Customs etc. Preparation of Import and Export documents.

• Ensure smooth operation of all export-import related jobs.

• Ensure proper LC opening up to the standard of the organization.

• Communicate with the supplier and ensure the best bargain.

• Communicate with freight forwarding companies and shipping lines to accomplish proper C&F Plan and monitor commercial activities according to the long-term goal of the organization.      

• Must have to ensure compliance with local and foreign regulations along with the policy of the company.

• Perform any other relevant task assigned by the Top Management.
