Experience:

• Diploma in Electrical
• Bachelor of Science (Pass)

• Age 25 to 40 years
• Only Male

• Regular and Periodic Maintenance of Sprinkler System, Fire pump, Hydrant System, Fire Door, Alarm System, Emergency Lights, Exit Signs etc. which are related with fire safety.
• Follow up and Inspection factory FADS & FPS regularly.
• Ensures compliance regulations are met and documentations are properly maintained.
• Coordinate action plan with factory heads and own departmental concerned persons regarding progress measures to complete the CAP.      
• Exceptional ability to understand design drawing, testing commissioning of Fire Alarm, Fire Hydrant & Sprinkler system according to NFPA, BNBC, RSC and others relevant standards. 
• Study and scrutinize the CAPs given by the buyers and own auditors regarding Fire safety related requirements for rectification/improvements/remedy and repair. 
• Update/ maintain & ensure all forms, register and engineering FADS & FPS documents as per BNBC, RSC/NIRAPON/DIFE guidelines, preparing site progress reports to project management.
• Report to management in case of any risk about building safety.       
• Should have sound knowledge on detection & Protection system as per RSC Standard.   
• Should have knowledge on design & drawing of FADS & SUPS as per RSC Standard.   
• Conduct daily, weekly and monthly fire safety awareness program and training as per schedule.       
• Monitor, Review & Check-up regularly all types of Firefighting equipment`s as per RSC Standard.   
• Provide necessary recommendations on fire/safety and compliance issues and lead the implementation of preventive measures upon approval and to look after factory compliance issues.      
• Fire/Safety/ Compliance training plans and management for all employees.·       
•  All documents related work with fire.
