• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)

• At least 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile, Group of Companies

• Must be conversant in Computer Applications- MS Excel/word, Whatsapp, email etc.

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s) Garments, Textile, Group of Companies, Packaging Industry, Garments Accessories.

• Good Communication skills.

• Preparing CS (Comparative Statement) Complete price negotiation by comparing quotations, contracts, terms and pricing agreements.

• Prepare purchase order for the vendor by using ERP software and send Purchase order to the supplier following it up till final delivery.

• Assist in generating regular procurement reports, monitor key trends and metrics and provide insights to line manager.

• Manage vendor and supplier selection process based on price, quality, support and timely delivery.

• Ensure regular market visits for monitoring the market price of materials, updating market intelligence. competent vendor enlisting`s etc.

• Handle any additional procurement - related tasks assigned by management.
