Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare pay role.
∎ Develop, prepare and implementing ER policy and strategy
∎ Providing independent counseling to employees and/or supervisors to resolve work-related problems that may relate to performance and/or discipline based issues,
∎ Mediating disputes and advising all sides involved on matters relating to employee relations and human resources policies,
∎ Coordinating Employee Assistance and provide services,
∎ Administering the staff grievance process,
∎ Monitoring Employee Performance Management Systems,
∎ Handle different disciplinary action.
∎ Maintains human resource staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
∎ Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
∎ Manpower Planning, Recruitment and selection
∎ Succession planning (for the key position)
∎ Manpower planning and forecasting
∎ Ensure skill pipe line and re-sourcing
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
