Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA/ MBA from any reputed public or private university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Have sound knowledge of sales process and selling skills.
∎ Ability to understand competency development and training requirement of sales teams.
∎ Able to create and design training calendar with right training modules, implement and follow it up in a constant basis.
∎ Organize training programs.
∎ Able to measure the effectiveness of those training.
∎ Ensure right competencies are is available in sales team.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS excel.
∎ Good written & verbal communication skill
∎ Good coordination skill with various departments, SBUs and individuals.
∎ Hard working, proactive, positive mentality to maintain company mission, vision & core values.
∎ 3-5 years’ experience in Sales or HR or both.
∎ Experience in Learning & Development/Training will be added advantage

Salary: Negotiable
