Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare annual Sales plan & implement strategies to make Sales & achieve the sales target.
∎ Set up guideline for Sales & Marketing team to develop effective Sales & Marketing strategy.
∎ Initiate action plan to Identify potential market along with new sales opportunities.
∎ Develop sales strategies & setting sales targets to drive sales growth in the assigned area.
∎ Develop & manage an efficient customer network to improve sales performance
∎ Maintain & increase standards of the customer service
∎ Achieving monthly, quarterly and annual sales TARGET
∎ Increasing the sales revenue of the existing customer channel network and setup new customer network.
∎ Responsible to submit weekly, monthly sales report to the immediate supervisor
∎ Portray effective leadership to ensure positive customer experience through motivating and inspiring team work.
∎ Conduct market research to determine market requirements for new and existing products& Customers.
∎ Analysis of Customer research, current market conditions and competitor information.
∎ Generate and monitor sales report and suggest improvements to enhance revenue.
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by management.
∎ Maintaining solid working relationships with customers by ensuring that their needs are met
∎ Continually meeting or exceeding sales targets by persuading customers within an assigned territory to purchase company products and services.
∎ Developing innovative sales strategies to increase sales within an assigned territory.
∎ Conducting surveys to better understand customer needs.
∎ Attending trade shows to promote company products and services.
∎ Prepare and submit reports to the Immediate Supervisor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 25 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Skills Required: Excellent oral and written communications, Good at MS Office specially in Excel, Microsoft Excel, Strong communication skills.
∎ Experience Requirements : At least 02 year(s) experience in relevant field.
