Responsibilities & Context:
Perform business analysis and generate actionable insights for management.
Prepare, review, and present MIS reports, performance dashboards, and analytical summaries.
Develop, maintain and enhance Excel/ERP-based reporting systems, dashboards and trackers.
Conduct data analysis across sales, finance, operations and other departments.
Identify trends, risks and opportunities to improve business performance.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
Ensure timely and accurate reporting in line with organizational standards.
Maintain proper documentation of all reports and analytical processes.
Execute ad-hoc data-driven projects to support management decision-making.
Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and operational efficiency
Validate and ensure data integrity across multiple sources and systems.
Conduct market, competitor, and industry analysis to support business strategy.
Provide support in presentation preparation for management and stakeholders.
Assist in the automation of routine reports and repetitive data tasks using Excel macros / formulas.
Support senior management in strategic planning and decision-making
