At least 2 year(s) experience in marketing department.
Strong communication skills (both in English & Bangla).
The candidates of concrete block sector will get extra priority.
Ready-Mix and Cement sector are also prioritize.
Analytical skills and leadership capability.
Excellent negotiation skills.
If any candidate in “Civil Engineering” will get extra priority.
Must be able to operate computer (MS Word/MS Excel/Power Point).
If any candidates have personal “Motor Bike” will get priority.
Job experience on Govt. project or Mega project.
Responsibilities & Context:
Find out new customer.
Achieve assigned sales target by maximizing sales
Prepare a daily report over existing customer with their feedback.
Ensure customer satisfaction by providing best of services and maintain decent relationships with the clients/customers.
Monitor the activities of the competitors, conduct survey on market condition & product development and offer corrective measures to head of sales.
Any kind of task assigned by the management.
Must work under pressure.
