Responsibilities & Context:
1.Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve company targets.
2.Identify new customers and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
3.Promote company products/services through direct sales, meetings, and presentations.
4.Conduct market research to understand customer needs, trends, and competitors.
5.Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to management.
6.Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as assigned.
7.Coordinate with production, accounts, and distribution teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
8.Follow up on quotations, negotiations, and payment collection when required.
9.Plan and execute promotional activities and marketing campaigns.
10Represent the company professionally in the market and enhance brand image
