∎ We are looking for an individual who will be responsible for maintaining strong relationship with overseas delegates and will work closely with Sourcing & Processing department of Munshi Enterprise Ltd.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To build and maintain strong relationships with the company’s overseas clients, and identify the scope of business growth
∎ To contribute in the overall client relationship strategies and business plan, initiate, co-ordinate and implement the business plan for the assigned areas, forecast and monitor the progress of the business monthly, quarterly and yearly
∎ To interact with clients on a daily basis, answering and updating them regarding candidate, their document progress, and/or any application inquiries
∎ To report to client and supervisor as required and indicated
∎ To follow up with sourcing and operations teams regarding sourcing, interviewing, documenting, processing and mobilizing candidates, to address the queries of the local agents, to provide required and necessary information to concerned departments, as required
∎ To resolve the issues created at either client end or at candidate end, proposing and implementing solutions
∎ To arrange all the facilities for client’s travel for recruitment campaign, which includes their VISA, flight, accommodation, transportation, and entertainment
∎ To maintain and update the database of all ex, existing and potential clients
∎ To travel outside of Bangladesh, if needed
∎ Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential

Additional Requirements:

Salary:
