Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Promote and maintain FSSC 22000, ISO 9001, HACCP, HALAL & GMP guidelines throughout the overall production process.
∎ Handling of market complaints.
∎ Handling of artwork (label development).
∎ Construct review flow chart and conduct hazard analysis.
∎ Ensure all company policies, standard operating procedures (SOP), and work instructions are documented in a clear, simple and concise manner.
∎ Conduction of internal audit (GMP, FSMS, QMS, HALAL, BRC, HACCP) control of documents & record.
∎ Practicing mock recall and product traceability.
∎ Management of retention sample & reference sample archive and monitoring activity.
∎ Review of pest control activity.
∎ Other tasks assigned by the team.
