Skills Required: FSSC,GMP,ISO 9001,Knowledge on ISO and HACCP

Responsibilities & Context:
Promote and maintain FSSC 22000, ISO 9001, HACCP, HALAL & GMP guidelines throughout the overall production process.
Handling of market complaints.
Handling of artwork (label development).
Construct review flow chart and conduct hazard analysis.
Ensure all company policies, standard operating procedures (SOP), and work instructions are documented in a clear, simple and concise manner.
Conduction of internal audit (GMP, FSMS, QMS, HALAL, BRC, HACCP) control of documents & record.
Practicing mock recall and product traceability.
Management of retention sample & reference sample archive and monitoring activity.
Review of pest control activity.
Other tasks assigned by the team.
