∎ Candidate should have minimum 5 years’ Experience in QC/QA activities in Food and Beverage Ltd.
∎ Sound knowledge on FSSC 22000, ISO 9001.
∎ Candidate should have minimum 5 years’ Experience in QC/QA activities in Food and Beverage Ltd.
∎ Sound knowledge on FSSC 22000, ISO 9001.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Promote and maintain FSSC 22000, ISO 9001, HACCP, HALAL & GMP guidelines throughout the overall production process.
∎ Handling of Market complaints.
∎ Handling of artwork (label development).
∎ Construct review flow chart and conduct Hazard Analysis.
∎ Ensure all company policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), and work instructions are documented in a clear, simple, and concise manner.
∎ Conduction of internal audit (GMP, FSMS, QMS, HALAL, BRC, HACCP) Control of documents & record.
∎ Practicing mock recall and product traceability.
∎ Management of retention sample & Reference sample archive and monitoring activity.
∎ Review of pest control activity
∎ Other tasks assigned by the team.
