Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensuring the quality and sustainability of the product according to customer's requirements.
∎ Reducing wastage. Monitoring production and operation process and on time Delivery.
∎ Training, motivating, coaching, and correcting employees to ensure sample standard.
∎ Supervise and guide the Quality Inspectors, Operators, Technician and others staffs.
∎ Effectively communicating with CS marketing, product development and production, supply chain.
∎ Reporting according to top management requirements.To keep all necessary documents production & R&D.
∎ Ensuring the on-time delivery sample and production considering quality by appropriate planning.
∎ Day to day production and NPD reporting and record.
∎ Sample analysis and manage all about criteria.
∎ Monitoring & controlling NPD and production ensuring target set daily basis. Set SOP for NPD and production.
