• Device Support: Expertise in managing Windows PCs, MacBooks, iMacs, iPhones, iPads, and Android devices.

• Networking & Security: Configuration and maintenance of Mikrotik, Cisco devices, and Firewalls; strong understanding of networking protocols, routing, and tunneling.

• System Administration: Installation, troubleshooting, and optimization of Windows, macOS, and iOS environments.

• Email & Collaboration: Proficient in Outlook 365, Google Workspace, IMAP, POP, and corporate email setups.

• Cybersecurity: Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices, data protection, and IT security standards.

• IT Infrastructure: Hands-on experience with CCTV (DVR/NVR), access control devices, IP phones, and Apple-based security integrations.

• Performance Optimization: Skilled in bandwidth monitoring, load balancing, and network performance tuning.

• Video Conferencing: Expertise in setting up and managing Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, and Apple FaceTime integrations.

• Provide day-to-day technical support for desktops, laptops (Windows & macOS), mobile devices (iOS & Android), printers, scanners, and other peripheral equipment.

• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android), software applications, and IT hardware.

• Diagnose and resolve hardware-related issues for desktops, laptops, iMacs, MacBooks, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.

• Repair or replace defective components such as RAM, SSD/HDD, power supplies, motherboards, batteries, and cooling systems.

• Maintain and update IT asset inventory, equipment lists, and billing/maintenance records.

• Troubleshoot and resolve LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity issues across Windows, macOS, and mobile platforms.

• Provide end-user support for MS Office, Outlook 365, Google Workspace, Active Directory, email configuration (IMAP/POP), and other enterprise applications.

• Manage and monitor backup solutions for laptops, desktops, servers, and Apple devices to prevent data loss and ensure effective recovery.

• Perform routine system updates, preventive maintenance, and data backups across IT infrastructure in both Windows and Apple environments.

• Administer and support IP-based systems, including CCTV, IP telephony, and door access control systems.

• Set up, configure, and troubleshoot video conferencing solutions, including cameras, audio systems, and network-related settings.
