• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
• Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA)
• Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Accounting & Information System
• Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting & Information System

• 1 to 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Software Company, IT Enabled Service, Trading or Export/Import

• Age 24 to 40 years

• Strong communication skills and a passion for technology.
• Aggressive and self-motivated with a willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Previous experience in sales (required). Especially in Software (ERP) Industry.

• Software configuration, customization, and system integration.

• Setting up hardware, cloud infrastructure, and security protocols.

• Troubleshoot and resolve ERP-related issues in a timely manner.

• Assist in system installations, configurations, and updates.

• Offer training and guidance to clients on the efficient use of ERP tools.

• Maintain documentation for common issues, solutions, and system updates.

• Collaborate with cross-functional/overseas teams to improve the ERP user experience and troubleshooting/bug fixing.

• Providing post-go-live technical support.
