Experience:

• At least 12 years

• Masters

· Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline from a recognized institution.

· Executive leadership or professional certifications will be considered an advantage.

• At least 12 years

• Age 30 to 35 years

· Minimum 12 years of professional experience, including at least 8 years in senior leadership or executive management roles.

· Proven track record of driving business growth, organizational transformation, and strategic execution.

· Experience in technology, digital platforms, software, or innovation-driven industries will be highly preferred.

Betopia Limited, a fast-growing technology-driven organization, is seeking an accomplished and visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the company's strategic growth, operational excellence, innovation, and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities

·         Provide strategic leadership and direction to achieve the company's vision, mission, and business objectives.

·         Develop and execute short-term and long-term business strategies for sustainable growth.

·         Drive revenue generation, profitability, and overall organizational performance.

·         Lead business development initiatives, strategic partnerships, and stakeholder engagement.

·         Oversee operations, corporate governance, compliance, and risk management.

·         Build and lead high-performing teams while fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and excellence.

·         Identify new business opportunities, markets, and growth avenues locally and internationally.

·         Report to the Board of Directors on business performance and strategic initiatives.

·         Ensure effective financial management, resource allocation, and operational efficiency.

Educational Requirements

·         Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline from a recognized institution.
