Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum one year of proven experience in content creation and social media marketing

• Graphics designing knowledge is mandatory.

• Strong knowledge of video editing software and AI content creation tools

• You will work with AI Tool. But necessary software using knowledge like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, video editing knowledge is mandatory

• Good sense of content scripting, language, storytelling, scripting etc.

• Strong experience in TikTok, Instagram and FaceBook marketing is requiredExperience in Facebook boosting and advertising

• Ability to create engaging and potentially viral content

• Knowledge of YouTube marketing and Google AdSense will be an advantage

• Must be creative, responsible, and self-motivated

• Must be able to work independently without supervision

Technical Requirements :

• Applicant must have a personal computer or laptop with good configuration

• Work through mobile phone is not acceptable

• Must have a stable and reliable internet connection at home

• Applicant must have own personal Bank account.

Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly creative, skilled, and self-motivated AI Content Creator (Video & Image) and Social Media Marketing Specialist who can independently create professional-quality content and manage social media promotions.

This is not an entry-level or training-based position. We are hiring someone who is ready to perform from the first day without supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality AI-based short videos from script to final production

• Develop engaging promotional content and storytelling

• Design professional photocard graphics

• Handle full video production including script writing, video creation, background sound editing, background music editing, animation, avatar and clone management

• Ensure all videos are smooth, realistic, and professional quality

• Manage and execute social media marketing campaigns

• Run paid promotions on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok

• Analyze performance including views, engagement, and response

• Suggest new content ideas and marketing strategies

• Continuously improve branding and content quality

Work Conditions and Benefits:

• Starting Salary : 60 BDT Per Hour

• This is a fully remote work from home position

• Working time is flexible, but the applicant must work at least 7 hours per day (more is possible)

• Taking breaks during work are allowed

• Minimum five working days per week is required

• Salary will increase quickly based on performance, responsibility, and work quality
