• BSc in Computer Science & Engineering or related field

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Software Company, IT Enabled Service, ISP

• Age At least 26 years

• Minimum 3 years of experience in enterprise network operations

• Professional certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, MTCRE, NSE will be an advantage

• Strong knowledge of enterprise networking, routing & switching, firewall/security infrastructure, and VPN technologies

• Hands-on experience with SD-WAN, WAN connectivity, and network device configuration

• Experience using network monitoring and troubleshooting tools

• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, VPN, and enterprise network infrastructure

• Manage network devices including routers, switches, firewalls, WLC, AP, WAF, load balancers, and UCM

• Implement and support routing protocols (OSPF, BGP) and switching technologies (VLAN, STP, EtherChannel, HSRP, VRRP, vPC)

• Configure and troubleshoot VPN solutions (IPSec, SSL, GRE) and remote access systems

• Monitor network performance using tools such as FortiAnalyzer, Cacti, and PRTG

• Provide L2/L3 support and collaborate with teams to deliver scalable network solutions

• Perform regular maintenance, upgrades, and patching of network systems

• Stay updated on emerging technologies including cloud networking, Zero Trust, SD-WAN, and network automation
