Education:
- Diploma in Computer
Four-year Diploma in Computer Engineering, Computer Science and Technology (CST), or related discipline from any Government Polytechnic Institute or Government-approved Institute under the Bangladesh Technical Education Board (BTEB).

Willing to work in anywhere in Bangladesh.
Willing to motor drive will be getting added advantage.
Experience:
Candidates with experience in the same field as contractual or outsourced employees in Banks or NBFIs will be preferred (not mandatory).

Job Area: Dhaka, Bogura, Narayangonj, Chattogram, Comilla, Khulna, Shylet, Noakhali, Gazipur, Barishal, Rajshahi, Faridpur, Mymenshing, Tangail, Rangpur District.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for banking software, hardware, and network systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues for bank employees.
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals.
Monitor system performance and ensure operational continuity.
Assist in maintaining cybersecurity and data protection measures.
Support core banking applications and digital banking platforms.
Maintain IT documentation and comply with information security policies.
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for system upgrades and maintenance.
