Education:

    • Masters
  • Master’s Degree from a recognized university or Kamil Degree from an Alia Madrasa, with First Class/Division or equivalent CGPA in any two public examinations.

  • Good communication and writing Skills both in English and Bengali

  • Strong interpersonal skills.

  • Willing to work under pressure and must be able to multi-task and be flexible.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft office (MS Word, Excel, power-point and photo shop.

  • Willing to work in anywhere in Bangladesh.

  • Willing to motor drive will be getting added advantage.

Experience:

  • Preference will be given to candidates having experience in the same field as contractual or outsourced employees in Banks or NBFIs (not mandatory).

  • (Age limit may be relaxed for candidates with relevant experience.)



Responsibilities & Context:

Job Area: Dhaka, Bogura, Narayangonj, Chattogram, Comilla, Khulna, Shylet, Noakhali, Gazipur, Barishal, Rajshahi,Faridpur, Mymenshing, Tangail, Rangpur District.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with banking products and services.

  • Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and in-person interactions.

  • Handle customer complaints and provide timely resolutions.

  • Process account-related requests and service applications.

  • Educate customers about digital banking channels and new banking products.

  • Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality.

  • Ensure compliance with customer service policies and banking regulations.
