Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Bachelor Degree or Equivalent Degree from a reputed university.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To Sale our loan product (Car/Auto loan, Flat, and Personal loan)
∎ Meeting regular sales target and coordinating sales projects.
∎ To fill up monthly target by marketing officer.
∎ Taking the challenge to meet the credit recovery target and report to the management.
∎ Collection installment from clients regularly and deposits to bank accounts properly.
∎ Build a strong relation with the clients.
∎ To provide proper and prompt service to clients.
∎ To maintain documentations of legal side.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 6 months experience in financial institution/Bank(preferable)
∎ Good communication and writing Skills both in English and Bengali
∎ Strong interpersonal skills.
∎ Willing to work under pressure and must be able to multi-task and be flexible.
∎ Must be disciplined and dependable.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft office (MS Word, Excel, power-point and photo shop.
∎ Willing to work in anywhere in Bangladesh.
∎ Willing to motor drive will be getting added advantage.

Salary: Negotiable

∎ Two festival bonuses with child education, medical benefit etc starts after one year.
