We are looking for some Software Implementation Engineers for implementing our Hospital Management Software to different clients. An appointed engineer should have below mentioned jobs to do for successfully implementing the project.

• Managing Client`s Requirements, Feedback and filing systems.

• Analyze Business Statistics.

• Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project.

• Drafting and writing high quality Proposals, Reports and Presentations.

• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.

• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

• Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs.

• Training and Demonstration to end Users.

• Coordinate internal resources and vendors for the flawless execution of projects.

• Ensure resource availability and allocation.

• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.

• Assist HOD to Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.

• Liaising with Senior office staff, suppliers and clients on behalf of the HOD.

• Coordinating Assistance related work for HOD.

• Report and escalate to HOD as needed.

• Providing prompt support & solution to client-end issues.

• Use and continually develop leadership skills.

• Organizing events and conferences.

• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• Maintaining good relation with client and co-workers.
