Responsibilities & Context:

Identify and approach potential clients through freelance marketplaces.

Write professional and customized proposals based on client requirements.

Communicate effectively with prospects and existing clients.

Follow up on leads and maintain client relationships.

Generate new business opportunities and contribute to company growth.

Manage marketplace profiles and maintain a strong response rate.

Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) and other productivity tools to improve proposal quality and workflow efficiency.

Coordinate with project managers, designers, and developers to understand project scopes and client requirements.

Maintain records of leads, proposals, and project pipelines.
Core Competencies Required:

  • Advanced Proposal Architecture: Writing sophisticated, persuasive proposals tailored to enterprise and mid-market clients.

  • Platform Optimization: Navigating and mastering the algorithms of top freelance marketplaces to maintain a steady pipeline of high-value leads.

  • Strategic Communication: Managing high-stakes client communication, from initial discovery calls to contract closing.

  • Modern Tech Stack: Integrating AI tools into daily communication pipelines to increase efficiency and output quality.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum 2–5 years of agency-level experience in business development or marketplace management.

    • Stellar command of the English language with impeccable professional etiquette.

    • Demonstrated success in managing B2B lead generation pipelines.
