• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in CSE

• 5 to 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Wholesale, Retail Store, IT Enabled Service, Trading or Export/Import, Garments, Group of Companies, Chain shop, E-commerce, Shop/Showroom, F-commerce

• Age 25 to 45 years
• Only Male

• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure across all showrooms and outlets.

• Ensure uninterrupted operation of networks, internet connectivity, POS systems, printers, CCTV, biometric devices, and related equipment.

• Administer and maintain Windows Servers, Active Directory, file sharing, and backup systems.

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network-related issues.

• Monitor and maintain ERP, inventory management, and reporting systems.

·         Support ERP, POS, Inventory, Sales, and Reporting systems that utilize SQL Server databases.

·         Plan, implement, and support IT setup for new showroom and outlet locations.

• Manage data security, system access control, backups, and disaster recovery procedures.

• Coordinate with vendors, ISPs, software providers, and third-party service partners.

• Maintain IT asset inventory and oversee procurement of IT equipment and services.

• Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices.

• Prepare regular IT performance and infrastructure reports for management.
