Labaid Group is seeking a visionary, entrepreneurial, and results-driven Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead its fast-growing technology and digital healthcare ventures—One Tap Service Ltd., Labaid AI, and Virtucare BD AI. These companies are driving innovation in healthcare technology, artificial intelligence, telemedicine, AR/VR healthcare solutions, digital platforms, and smart service ecosystems.

The CEO will be responsible for developing and executing strategic growth plans, scaling business operations, driving innovation, building high-performing teams, attracting investors and partners, and ensuring sustainable profitability across all business verticals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute long-term business strategies aligned with organizational vision and shareholder expectations.

• Lead overall business operations, revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion initiatives.

• Drive innovation in AI, HealthTech, Digital Healthcare, Telemedicine, AR/VR, and SaaS-based solutions.

• Identify new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and investment opportunities locally and internationally.

• Build and manage high-performing leadership teams across technology, operations, finance, sales, and product development.

• Establish annual business plans, budgets, KPIs, and performance monitoring frameworks.

• Lead fundraising, investor relations, and strategic alliance initiatives.

• Oversee product development and commercialization of digital healthcare and AI solutions.

• Ensure corporate governance, regulatory compliance, risk management, and ethical business practices.

• Drive customer acquisition, retention, and market penetration strategies.

• Represent the organizations before investors, regulators, industry bodies, and international stakeholders.

• Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes to maintain market leadership.

• Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

• Ensure successful execution of digital transformation initiatives across all business units.

• Provide periodic performance reports and strategic recommendations to the Board of Directors.

Educational Requirements

• MBA, EMBA, Master's Degree, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related discipline from a reputed institution.

• Additional qualifications from internationally recognized institutions will be considered an advantage.

Experience Requirements

• 15+ years of professional experience with at least 8 years in senior leadership positions.

• Strong experience in Technology, AI, HealthTech, Digital Platforms, Healthcare Services, SaaS, or Startup Ecosystems.

• Demonstrated success in scaling businesses, driving revenue growth, and managing large teams.

• Experience in fundraising, strategic partnerships, mergers & acquisitions, and investor relations will be highly preferred.
