Job Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's client base across corporate and enterprise sectors
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction, retention, and upselling of services
Develop and execute strategic business development plans aligned with company growth targets
Represent Cluster Technologies Limited in corporate meetings, industry events, and networking forums
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients
Coordinate with the technical team to understand service offerings and effectively communicate them to clients
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and clients’ needs to identify new opportunities
Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets
Maintain a structured pipeline of leads and prospects and provide regular reports to management
Assist in developing marketing materials, campaigns, and strategies to promote company services
Negotiate contracts and close deals with corporate clients
Educational Requirements
Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Computer Science & Engineering (CSE), Information Technology, Software Engineering, or any related field
Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Management, or related discipline
Master of Business Administration (MBA) is an added advantage but not mandatory
Candidates with a background in both IT and Business disciplines are strongly encouraged to apply
Diploma holders in relevant fields with strong industry experience are also encouraged to apply
Experience Requirements
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in business development, corporate sales, or client relations, preferably in the IT or technology sector
Freshers with exceptional communication skills and a strong drive for sales are encouraged to apply
Additional Requirements
Strong understanding of IT services, database solutions, or enterprise technology is preferred
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in both Bengali and English
Candidates are expected to join within 2 weeks upon selection
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools and professional networking platforms including LinkedIn
Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented mindset
