• Proven experience as a 3D Artist using Blender
• Strong knowledge of: Modeling (Hard surface & organic),  Texturing & UV mapping  Lighting & rendering (Cycles / EEVEE)
• Understanding of composition, color theory, and visual storytelling
• Basic knowledge of animation and rigging (preferred)
• Familiarity with file formats and rendering pipelines
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

In this role, you will work across multiple stages of the 3D art pipeline, from modeling and texturing to integration into Unity, helping to create visually compelling and technically optimized assets for immersive entertainment experiences. Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality 3D models, textures, and materials using Blender

• Develop realistic or stylized 3D assets based on project requirements

• Perform lighting, rendering, and compositing for final outputs

• Create animations (if required) including motion graphics and product animation

• Collaborate with designers, developers, and marketing teams

• Optimize 3D assets for performance (games, web, AR/VR, etc.)

• Maintain consistency in style and quality across projects

• Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and techniques
