Job Context:
∎ Lintas Bangladesh Co. Ltd. is a well reputed European lingerie company & diversified business conglomerates in Lingerie Garments, is currently going through a major expansion in its production/Operation, looking for only well skilled in Lingerie Garments product professional in for the position of Executive / Senior Executive-IE.
∎ Job Location: Adajmee EPZ, Siddhirganj, Narayanganj.
∎ Please only well experienced in Lingerie garments are allowed to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ For new styles, analyze the bulletin and prepare Layouts, identify critical operation and special machines/attachment.
∎ During line feeding, check work place, lay out , method and ensure worker and machine proper utilization
∎ Monitor workers' performance, Standard Target setup, Line Balancing etc.
∎ Conducting Capacity Study/ Production Study/ Time Study;
∎ Hourly Target/production monitoring and take necessary action
∎ Skill inventory of existing workers and assessment for new workers.
∎ Lost time recording, Efficiency Calculation, Problem Study, Develop Productivity
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Industrial Engineering in Lingerie Garments.
∎ Minimum 02 years experience in Lingerie Garments
∎ Please don't apply who has not received experienced from lingerie product
∎ Having experience in Semi /Large Lingerie factory.
∎ Able to work under pressure and in a goal driven environment.
∎ Should have strong communication skill in English.
∎ Having Sound knowledge on computer.
