• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
• Masters degree in any discipline

• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM

• Masters from any discipline with PGDHRM

• PGDHRM from BIM will be given preference

• Candidates from Public University will be given preference

• 3 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies

• Age 25 to 32 years
• Only Male

• 3 to 5 year(s) HR related experience in any Pharmaceutical Factory

• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s) General HR, Factory HR Management

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s) Pharmaceuticals

• Fresher’s are encouraged to apply for executive position

• Non-Smoker

• Practicing Muslim

• Attractive personality & Sound health

• Good Communication skill both in English & Bengali

• Good Knowledge on Bangladesh Labor Laws & Labor Rules

• Computer literacy is a must
