∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
∎ Skills Required: HR Operations, Khowladge of Bangladesh Labour Law, payroll management, Recruitment & Selection

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ ** Recruitment:
∎ Prepare job advertisement as per JD and shortlist CVs.
∎ Coordinate interview process and confirm joining documentation for selected candidate
∎ Organize induction program and maintain personal files.
∎ ** Payroll Management:
∎ Follow-up attendance, leave and overtime management and update HRIS system accordingly
∎ Ensure PF management with Loans and solve relevant queries.
∎ Calculate other benefits like gratuity, profit share, incentive, festival bonus, leave encashments, special allowances, maternity benefit, insurance, and process accordingly.
∎ Confirm separation process and final settlement.
∎ ** Performance Management:
∎ Process probation evaluation, job confirmation on regular basis.
∎ Coordinate TNA, update training list and confirm training as per calendar.
∎ ** Audits & IR
∎ Confirm documentations as per social compliance COC requirement
∎ Coordinate with various local authorities regarding employee welfare with WWA/WPC

Additional Requirements:
∎ Effective Communication Skill
∎ Accuracy in Data Management
∎ Organized and details oriented in Documentation
∎ Sound knowledge in Local Laws and changes
∎ Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software

Salary: Negotiable
