∎ Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies, aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
∎ Lead recruitment efforts, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating the hiring process.
∎ Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, such as team-building activities, recognition programs, and wellness initiatives.
∎ Manage employer branding activities to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice, both internally and externally.
∎ Collaborate with employees to identify training needs and develop strategies to address skill gaps.
∎ Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR trends, best practices, and legal requirements to ensure compliance and effectiveness of HR initiatives.
∎ Provide support and guidance to employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, career development, and employee relations.
∎ Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and guidelines to promote a positive work environment and ensure fairness and consistency.
