∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Factory HR Administration
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Textile

Job Context:
∎ Recruited employee/s will have to work at factory
∎ Work day: Saturday to Thursday (9AM to 6PM)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support line manager for smooth functioning of HR related work.
∎ Review & recommend updating of existing policies, procedures, in coordination with line manager.
∎ Support HR head of conduct selection and recruitment process for both management and non-management staff that include maintaining recruitment requisition, internal/external job advertisement, ability test, interview, reference check, negotiating and finalizing offer.
∎ Assist line manager to formulate and coordinate recruitment orientation and training program as per HR Plan.
∎ Assist HR head to conduct various surveys to determine the cultural aspect of the company and individual need when needed.
∎ Assist line manager in conducting job analysis throughout the organizations and preparing job descriptions that help maintain the right number of manning level in the organization.
∎ Maintain database of all employees for man power planning.
∎ Ensure compliance to all regulatory and statutory requirements.
∎ Monitor, review and implement policies related to employee welfare.
∎ Ensure congenial work environment through employee welfare and counseling.
∎ Support factory HR to minimize grievances of factory staffs and workers.
∎ Support factory HR to take corrective and preventive actions based on employee feedback and follow-up.
∎ Maintain and updates personal files of management employees as per requirement.
∎ Any other task assigned by management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate must have good knowledge regarding updated Bangladesh Labor Law

Salary: Negotiable
