Educational Requirements:
∎ Hon's/BBA in Accounting. MBA/Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting will get preference.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Checking daily customers credit limit and credit period before sales.
∎ Guiding sales team to encourage credit customer to do business as per company credit policy.
∎ Physically visit to party and checking party balance and company statement for Ensuring fair statement.
∎ Maintain company's credit and collection policies.
∎ To keep total of the party security cheque. Reminder and issue letter to party irregular payment.
∎ Preparing irregular / long pending party monthly recovery report.
∎ Daily, Weekly and monthly report regarding all kinds of credit and party related issues.
∎ Responsible for calling credit customers who are over 30 days & setup payments plans.
∎ Make phone calls and also visit to all irregular party to remind them for dues payable.
∎ Update and develop credit management policies.
∎ Exceptionally strong communication and negotiation skills.
∎ Prepare documents for law suits as may be necessary and work together with the lawyer.
∎ Prepare reports and provide all information to management.
∎ Any other duty assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Related experience in Food Service industry will get preference.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Credit control, Credit recovery, excellent computer literacy, good at verbal and email communication.
∎ Must be sincere , honest , proactive and well mannered
∎ Should have strong analytical and communication skill.
∎ Skills required Accounting, accounting software, credit control and recovery.

Salary: Negotiable
