Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor/Masters in Business Administration from any reputed university
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Visit market on regular basis and identify potential customer
∎ Create new customer and maintain Long Term Business Relationship with existing clients
∎ Regular market visit, meeting with existing and potential customers, email marketing etc.
∎ Cold call, setting up meetings and follow-up leads
∎ Preparing and sending quotes and proposals frequently
∎ Make and set Daily/ Weekly/ and Monthly basis action plans for achieving the sales target
∎ Knowledge of market analysis, sales promotion, customer management principles and practices
∎ Preparing product presentation and giving demonstration
∎ Maintain clients ledger book individually
∎ Understanding customer's business and identify influencers and decision makers within a customer organization in Enterprise Sales
∎ Preparing daily, weekly, monthly sales report and submit it to higher management
∎ Ensure required Agreement signing while selling any product
∎ Ensure product delivery to the customer following the compliant process
∎ Ensure required compliance as guided by supervisors in every part during this job
Additional Requirements:
∎ Candidates having experience in following area will get preference: Electrical & Electronics, Real Estate, Project Based Corporate Sales
∎ Must be a team player, proactive and self-motivated
∎ Should be willing to take initiative and target driven
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Must have strong negotiation skill
∎ Sound knowledge in MS Office package (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
∎ Experience: 1-2 years (preferable)
