Responsibilities & Context:

Job Context: We are looking for young, energetic and dynamic candidates who can take challenge to work in the fastest growing electrical switch and lighting industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Achieving daily, monthly, quarterly and annual sales & collection target

  • Create new customer and maintain Long Term Business Relationship with existing clients

  • Responsible to submit daily, weekly, monthly sales report to immediate supervisor

  • Submit market data and management report time to time

  • Need to monitor all the distributors inventory in regular interval

  • Need to ensure the full coverage of territory where assigned

  • Need to understand the business / return on investment very well and explain it to customer as well as motivate them

  • Stay up-to-date with new product launches as well as promotional campaign

  • Conduct regular meeting with retailers, electrician and other stake holders for product promotion

  • Working with team to develop targeted sales strategies

  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

  • Explore new markets to increase sales figure

  • Achieving category/SKU wise monthly sales and collection targets

  • Ensure brand visibility through proper display across all outlets

  • Ensure proactive efforts to resolve all customer issues and complaints

  • Take all measures to create potential market as well as new sales opportunities

  • Responsible for tracking, recording, and monitoring team juniors within the region

  • To analyze and adapting with new marketing policies
