Additional Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years practical experience in the export documentation & Must have good knowledge in MS Excel & e-mail communication.
Responsibilities & Context:
Export Documentation and Export related all work of Garment Textile Industries.
Maintain Export L/C, Sales Contract, and Export Documentation.
To submit export documents to the buyer or their agent and bank documents for negotiation/ payment; as well as follow up with the bank to accomplish the realization process.
Collection of original BL, original LC, Certificates, GSP, CO, etc., and submit to the bank.
Follow up with the buyer followup team, local agent, and buyers. PRC collection and maintain export statement register.
Any other tasks as per management.
